“Vanderpump Rules” is returning for Season 12 but with a new cast, Bravo said Tuesday.
A new show will be presented. Lisa Vanderpump and “a new group of close-knit SUR-vers who are as intricately intertwined as their iconic predecessors.”
Season 12 will begin production next year, but a premiere date and cast have yet to be announced.
“What a thrill it is to live up to the legacy of this series by revisiting it,” executive producer Alex Baskin said in a statement. “With a deep appreciation for the original group and their incredible run, we can’t wait for audiences to see a dynamic new group of co-workers and friends living life together.”
Lala Kent reacted to the news in a heartwarming post on social media.

Reflecting on joining the show for Season 4 in 2015, Kent said “the pig was a place that became home.”
“I found myself there not only drinking vodka sodas, but behind a hostess stand. It’s still the scariest thing I’ve ever done. Shortly after, I was on a show called Vanderpump Rules. It’s no secret that I don’t like change.
The reality star added, “This show changed my entire life. I’m incredibly grateful for every moment. I’m so grateful to Bravo, to NBCU, to our crew, to the entire cast, and everyone. The important thing is to be incredibly grateful to you all. We rocked this bitch until the wheels fell off.
Katie Maloney posted a photo of herself from the show’s early days with the caption, “It’s a mixed bag. But I wouldn’t change a thing. Thank you for the memories and love over the last 11 years.”
Vanderpump, 64, confirmed the news in a statement.
“The last 12 years of filming have been an extraordinary run filled with laughter, tears and everything in between,” the restaurant owner said Tuesday. “I can’t thank the people who have shared their lives enough. How I love you all. In the restaurant business, one shift always gives way to another. Here’s to the next generation of ‘Vanderpump Rules.’ Welcome.’
The news comes a day after Tom Sandoval and Tom Schwartz announced their second restaurant, Schwartz & Sandy’s. is closing its doors Two years later in late December.
“Vanderpump Rolls debuted in 2013, as a spin-off of “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.”
The show originally followed Vanderpump and her then-staff at her restaurant SUR, including Scheana Shay, Maloney, Tom Sandoval, Kristen Doute, Jax Taylor and Stassi Schroeder, as they deal with professional and personal drama. They used to visit.
