Kyle Marissa Roth’s family is planning a celebration of life for the late TikToker, who died earlier this month at the age of 36.
“Thank you all again for showing so much love for my sister,” Kyle’s sister Lindsay Roth wrote in a message. Instagram Monday’s post. “Along with thousands, if not millions, of people around the world, my sister’s grief is deeply touching.”
The tribute “will be recorded and shared during an online event that will take place at a date TBD,” he said.
“We are working to ensure that everyone can respect my family’s need for intimacy and privacy during this difficult time.”
Kyle’s death was confirmed on April 15. The cause of his death is still unknown.
“My sister Kyle Marissa passed away last week. As a family we are still processing and deciding how to properly celebrate and honor her life. We just don’t know. [what] happened yet. I know she touched so many people with her humor, intelligence, beauty, gossip activism, athleticism and so much more – she had so many gifts,” Lindsay wrote at the time.
“If anyone wants to connect about Kyle, I’m here to talk and share memories. I’ll also keep you posted on any memorials as they are planned. I So sorry to those who are just learning about this loss,” he continued. “Any prayer thoughts or intentions for the smooth transition of this soul are welcome.”
Her mother, Jackie Cohen-Roth, also reacted to the news on LinkedIn, writing, “My daughter Kyle has passed away. She changed some of your lives in person and some of your lives on other platforms. But touched by his immense life.
“Kyle loved and lived hard. Nothing makes sense now and we’ll understand more in the next few days,” Jackie added.
Kyle was most famous for sharing celebrity blind items on TikTok, with the phrase: “You want more? I’ll give you more.” He last posted on April 7.
She was a graduate of Lehigh University and a lacrosse player from Pennsylvania.
