Possibly one of Belkin’s most secure ear tag accessories yet, the Secure Holder with Wire Cable for the Air Tag is designed to easily attach luggage, wallets, keys, or other items. It comes in white or black and features an allen key design to ensure that your AirTag won’t fall out of the holder, or that the wire will come loose from what it’s attached to.
I’m a little embarrassed to even write this, but the Belkin Air Tag Holder is so protective, that I initially struggled with the Alan Key to unzip the holder and remove the cable to attach it to my bag. This is in no way Belkin’s fault, but user error and my longstanding problem with remembering “righty titty, lefty loosey”. After all, this AirTag holder isn’t going anywhere once locked, and your AirTag won’t escape either.
The wide wire loop makes it a great holder for attaching to many things, and it’s especially great for those awkward bag handles that are too thick for carabiners or key rings. I probably wouldn’t use this style on something like my keys, but if I had to buy just one AirTag accessory from this list to attach to a bag, this would be it. I just wish they came in a few more fun colors like pink, blue, green, purple, or neon colors, which would make them look better if you use them outside of gear, as Belkin suggests. It will be easy to do.
Current users on the Belkin site say they like SecureHolder’s overall quality, performance, security and ease of use, giving it an average f4.7/5 stars on the site. However, some users have said that they also have some trouble opening the holder, and that the Allen key strips the screw, though I haven’t personally experienced this in my time testing.
