It’s been over a minute since Tesla went public, but the electrical vehicle company has been on TechCrunch this week. From layoffs to cost changes and more, it was a week deep in Tesla colours, so we needed to talk concerning the latest.
But that was only one piece of what we covered this week at Equity. We also delved into Mary Ann’s reporting on Ramp’s latest round – and higher valuation – which is a perfect fit for Rippling’s upcoming fundraiser. If you are in the cash business, it’s a good time to start out a startup.

All in all, we were lucky to have Kirsten Korosec with us this week, given the amount and number of transportation news we’ve got to cover, especially in relation to Tesla.
