Spike Lee will serve as the President of the Main Competition Jury at the fourth edition of the Red Sea International Film Festival (RSIFF) in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
The festival will feature 16 films in its latest edition’s main competition lineup from December 5-14. Reema Kagati’s name is also included in these titles. Red Sea Film Foundation chairwoman Jumna Al Rasheed praised Lee. “Spike is a seminal director whose groundbreaking work has had a lasting impact on both a medium and culture at large,” he said. “Her energy, innovation, and true championing of creativity and new voices make her an ideal fit to lead our jury this year.”
