Amazon Prime Video is returning to The White House for a sequel, with stars Nicholas Galetzine and Taylor Zachary Perez set to reprise their roles.
Casey McQuiston was based on the young adult romance of the same name and follows America’s first son Alex Claremont Diaz (Perez) and her romantic relationship with British Prince Henry (Gallitzine). Plot details of the sequel are being kept under wraps.
Matthew Lopez will return to write the script, with McQuiston set to do so. Berlanti Schechter Films’ Greg Berlanti and Sarah Schechter will return to produce the film, which stars Michael McGrath as well as Lopez. McQuiston will executive produce.
was popular on Prime Video and received generally positive reviews. The sequel was announced during a screening of the film at the Culver Theater tonight, where the cast and filmmakers announced the projects during a post-screening Q&A.
