Meghan Markle has called Nigeria her “home” in a touching letter she wrote to the Oluwo of Iwo, a Nigerian society ruler.

During the visit, Markle, 42, was presented with a prestigious honor by traditional ruler Oba Abdul Rasheed Akinbi.
He also gave the mother of two a traditional Yoruba name, “Adetokunbo”.
After her trip, Markle penned a heartfelt letter to the monarch, thanking him for looking after her and husband Prince Harry.
“Your Royal Highness, thank you for your warm welcome to Nigeria. I am humbled by the blessing of your traditional Yoruba name Adetokunbo. I cherish this name and carry it with grace and dignity. I appreciate your trust in me,” Markle wrote in the letter, which was obtained from a local outlet. Western Post.
