UK production, sales and distribution outfit Signature Entertainment has acquired UK and Irish rights to the action sci-fi film. A world breaker Actor Luke Evans (DwarfJovovich Miles (Demon of residence), and Billy Bolt (a little light) from the exchange. The news comes as the film is wrapping up production in Northern Ireland and the Cannes Film Festival and Market has kicked off.

It follows a father and daughter who have to fight for survival from a burning city while the human race faces a war with “evil beings from another dimension”.
Evans plays the father, Jovovich the mother and Boulet the daughter.
The deal was signed by entertainment CEO Mark Goldberg and acquisitions and development manager Katie Wilkinson, along with The Exchange’s president of worldwide sales and distribution, Nate McCormick. It is slated for release next year.
“A world breaker is an action-packed high-quality independent proposition that rivals big-budget studio fare, so we pushed for it!” said Wilkinson. “Its highly engaging cast, thrilling script and excellent filmmakers. With credentials, we’re sure UK and Irish audiences will enjoy it in 2025.”
The exchange is selling international and co-selling domestic rights to the film, including at the Cannes Film Market.
