Taking a visit down memory lane, Lori Loughlin recalled the positive experience of working with Keanu Reeves on their 1988 film The night before.
The Full house the actress recently talked in regards to the teen comedy starring her former colleagues Jodie Sweetin and Andrea Barber’s How rude, Tanneritos! podcast. Directed by Thom Eberhardt, the film follows Reeves’ Winston, who takes popular highschool student Tara (Loughlin) to his prom, but wakes up with no memories and Tara missing.
“[Reeves] was that nerd?” Sweetin asked, and Loughlin confirmed: “He was a nerd. Can you imagine it?

Sweetin admitted that she “wanted to meet him so bad” due to all of the “amazing” things she had heard about Reeves, and Loughlin confirmed it was all true, adding, “He’s just a dream” and “he’s so sweet”.
Elsewhere within the conversation, Loughlin mentioned making a “funny” movie called The night beforewhich she described as a “bizarre dark comedy”.
While she stated that overall her experience filming the film “was fun” and “I really enjoyed it,” there was one terrifying moment after they were filming some scenes “in downtown Los Angeles at night.” She remembers returning to the set after going out for “lunch one night” and noticing that somebody “had been murdered in the alley where we were just filming.”
Loughlin, who later served two months in prison for her role within the 2019 college admissions scandal, added: “I believed, ‘Oh my God.’ We were involved on this.”
