He went on to say that he had “never had lice in my life” and believed the parasites had “been alive on me for two weeks”, given how long his scalp had been itching.
Mullen’s comments section quickly blew up, with people criticizing him.
“You shouldn’t be on a plane with that bag covering all your hair!!!” One person commented.
Another wrote, “Better let the flight attendant know. If I were a passenger near you, I would be afraid of you
“It’s disgusting. You’re going to spread it all over the plane,” said someone else. “You should be ashamed of yourself and making a video of yourself laughing at this.”
The next day, the mother of two posted. Another video In which he revealed that his house was “infested with lice”.
“We’re peeling lice,” he said in a reel filmed at his home. “Last night we shampooed and killed them all,” she said, referring to the lice. “Now there are bodies and they are being pulled from my head.”
Mullen said Biggs, 46, only had “like two eggs” in his skull. However, the couple’s young sons had full-blown ‘infestations’.
Describing her flight, she said, “I know, the airplane seat, it’s ugly for whoever sits there. I want to be clear, I didn’t know until I was on the plane. I had lice I thought I was going through perimenopause and for about three weeks I was just scratching my scalp.
“Let’s just blame my husband for not looking at my head closely enough,” she said, explaining that she asked Biggs to check her scalp for lice. According to Mullen, Biggs told her he didn’t have lice.
