Aston Martin’s First branded residence has officially opened its doors, setting a new standard for the Miami area. The British automaker is finally welcoming residents to its curving 66-story tower at 300 Biscayne Boulevard Way, a project eight years in the making. Developed in partnership with G&G Developments, the cell-shaped supertall has 391 units, 99 percent of which were sold before completion.
“On one of the last parcels of the Miami waterfront, setting a breathtaking design aesthetic with one of the most beautiful locations in the city, the ultra-luxury Aston Martin Residence adds yet another distinctive addition to the already expressive Miami skyline. What’s up,” Aston Martin executive vice president and chief creative officer Marek Reichman said in a press statement. “We believe this project firmly sets the benchmark for luxury residential design around the world.”

Buenos Aires-based architect Rodolfo Miani of Bodas Mien Anger was tapped to design the condominium with Aston Martin. Naturally, you’ll get nods to the automaker everywhere, including bespoke artisan Aston Martin handles, numbered plinths, and doors with Kestrel tan leather door tabs.
“Since the idea started with the first draft, everything has taken shape,” Miami said. “Working together with the Aston Martin and G&G teams expanded our vision to create an architectural masterpiece that would enhance the beauty of the city. This collaboration between the architectural and automotive worlds was a true union that Brings a soaring symphony of design and detail to every aspect of the building.
In total, the development consists of seven penthouses. The crown jewel—and the only apartment still on the market—is a huge triplex with an eye-watering $59 million price tag. The unit, dubbed “Unique,” measures nearly 27,000 square feet and houses the last remaining Aston Martin Vulcan race car, valued at $3.2 million.

For residents, the building has 42,275 square feet of amenities spread over four levels. There is a two-story fitness center, an art gallery, two movie theaters, a golf simulator, and a full-service spa. In addition, patrons have access to a beauty salon, a barber shop, a sky bar and lounge, an infinity pool, spa tub and cabanas.
According to Mark, the real estate project has attracted both car enthusiasts and Aston Martin fans alike. In fact, more than half of buyers already own an Aston Martin. Buyers can work with the manufacturer’s design team to integrate three bespoke interior schemes into their chosen home.
“Our design language is based on beauty and honesty and authenticity of materials,” said Reichman. “Aston Martin Residences Miami is for those who appreciate the finest quality and craftsmanship, who love the feeling of something that is timeless. In this, our first residential building development, the interiors are Aston Martin. We are delighted to welcome the first residents into their new homes, so they can experience this feeling for themselves.
