In a flashback, he introduces the posse of his friends before inviting Naomi Aki’s Freda and her friend, Jess, portrayed by Alia Shaukat, to his private island.

As more time passes, the guests slowly begin to lose their memories and start to get the sensation that something is off.
“I’m having a great time here, but I also feel like I’m not,” says Adria Arjuna’s Sara, with Simon Rex’s Cody echoing the sentiment. “Something strange is happening here.”

Kravitz previously talked about casting Tatum in the menacing lead role, noting that he likes that she hasn’t done really dark roles before.
