Salma Paralluelo’s hat-trick helped world champions Spain beat Belgium in their first qualifying match for Euro 2025.
Paralluelo scored twice in the first half, and Jenni Hermoso added a strong third goal.
Barcelona winger Paralluelo accomplished the treble two minutes into the second half.
Poor Belgium defense then allowed Esther Gonzalez two goals from close range and Sheila Garcia’s header went into the bottom corner.
Spain is top of Group A2 and has the same variety of points as Denmark, which beat the Czech Republic 3-1.
On Tuesday, Spain will host the Czech Republic and Belgium will face Denmark.
